Transworld Aviation is taking the lead in aviation logistics management by introducing innovative concepts and processes to ensure both suppliers and customers can appreciate seamless operations and integration. It is our mission to ensure that our customers’ assets are always in operational condition with minimum downtime. Our suppliers also benefit from our customer relationships by manufacturing and supplying products on time, according to yearly schedules, resulting in minimum investment in stocks throughout the supply chain.
We benefit from strong relationships with OEM partners and vendors and have long-term agreements (RRCs and BOAs) with commercial, business and defence operators and MROs. We have a highly motivated team of professionals comprising aviation experts, aircraft engineers, logisticians, supply chain managers, product and brand executives, and quality and IT specialists. We leverage on these relationships and experience to create customised solutions for our customers’ requirements through effective execution and management on behalf of our clients.
TWA also maintains accounts with all the major airframe integrators such as Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier and Embraer who all demand swift procurement action. Business volume with OEMs has progressively increased as more airlines and operators are constantly added to our list of customers.

Through our established OEM relationships and various strategic purchases, Transworld Aviation has built and acquired a valuable inventory that allows us to supply parts on a just-in-time basis including obsolete components in order to meet critical needs.

A comprehensive and proven range of oils, lubricants, adhesives, sealants, aircraft paint strippers, aircraft wash, aircraft polish, and specialised chemicals for the aerospace industry are available ex-stock from our dedicated warehouse.
The tyres (radial and biased) supplied by TWA for military and commercial use are picked, handled and stored to aerospace standards in a cool, dry, reasonably dark environment, free from air currents and dirt, ensuring durability with no compromise to their operational life.
Transworld Aviation offers Managed Inventory, which means we monitor, plan and manage inventory on behalf of our customers based on expected demand and previously agreed minimum and maximum inventory levels. TWA takes full responsibility for maintaining the inventory of our OEM materials at a customer’s warehouse and makes sure that the customer, at any time, has the required level of inventory by adjusting demand and supply. We provide third party logistics services (3PL) such as transportation, warehousing, cross-docking, inventory management and packaging.
Bombardier Aerospace has appointed TWA as their sole parts distribution hub for the region.
Maintaining aged aircraft can be challenging to the operators due to very limited supply and much needed support in terms of parts and components to keep aircraft serviceable. Obsolescence has become a significant issue in today’s maintenance and support environments. Identifying obsolescence risks as early as possible is the key to ensuring the right solution whilst simultaneously reducing total true cost.
Transworld Aviation has the expertise and skills, as well as extensive stocks, to mitigate product obsolescence. We manage our extensive network of suppliers and OEMs to support aging aircraft fleet, while also managing obsolete inventories and procurement of parts and services to our worldwide client base. Our planned obsolescence management system is cost effective for our clients and provides them with the continuity of aircraft operations and uninterrupted service.
Chasing aircraft return units and incurring losses when they are not returned on time is a challenge many operators face. The parts of the unserviceable aircrafts are exchanged and delivered after careful inspection, reducing turnaround time and financial outlay, as well as improving inventory management for our customers.
